In regards to the booking process, Imene will be booking everyone’s tee times for all of our events. Imene will try to accommodate your requests as best she can, but will not always be able to do so. Our Monday events will be booked between 2:30pm-4:30pm. Sundays will be booked between 2pm-330pm. We will assume the regulars will be playing so you will be booked in by Imene. We will not be booking the alternate players unless we are short of players and Imene will reach out to them if and when needed.
If you CANNOT make it on a particular day, please email Imene the week before. If you have already been booked but cannot make it, please let her know but do NOT take your name off the tee sheet please as it will allow her time to replace you with an alternate player. If there is a “no show” on your foursome at the time of the event, please continue to play and we will put in a blind draw as the 4th player in your group.
